Hey everybody it's Toni Vaughn, and I am very excited to introduce you to my Facebook page Young Adult Empowerment and take a few minutes to talk to you about what I'm doing and why I'm doing it. 

So those of you who know me best know I love coaching. I love facilitating and participating in the personal growth process! Guiding someone from confusion, frustration, and downright despair to feeling confident, competent, and enthusiastic about their life is THE most rewarding experience.

You also may know, I have a passion for working with young people! There are many reasons and I have another short video where I discuss this in more detail, but the reason I love working with young people is because most of the time they are at the beginning of their conscious personal growth journey and their excited and enthusiastic but might have some anxiety about what they feel they should be doing and what they want their life to look like. What better time to look at some of the potential challenges they may face (and what energized them) than near the beginning of this exciting time?

I truthfully believe we are at the forefront of a social revolution where many traditional definitions of success, business, happiness are all but out the window. What an awesome time to be alive!
